How are we to interpret the timeline pertaining to the AntiChrist?

"Lastly, hell will reign on earth. It will be then that the Antichrist will be born of a Sister, but woe to her! Many will believe in him, because he will claim to have come from heaven, woe to those who will believe in him! That time is not far away, twice 50 years will not go by."

Is this essentially indicating that the AntiChrist would be born less than a century after the prophecy, i.e. he is currently alive and in his 70s?

Christ has said, "But of that day and hour no one knoweth, not the angels of heaven, but the Father alone." [Matthew 24:36]

I do not think we can nail down with precision these tribulations. We are merely told the signs by which we may recognize them for what they are.

Also from the same chapter of St. Matthew: Watch ye therefore, because ye know not what hour your Lord will come. But know this ye, that if the goodman of the house knew at what hour the thief would come, he would certainly watch, and would not suffer his house to be broken open. Wherefore be you also ready, because at what hour you know not the Son of man will come. [Matthew 24:42-44]
"So let us be confident, let us not be unprepared, let us not be outflanked, let us be wise, vigilant, fighting against those who are trying to tear the faith out of our souls and morality out of our hearts, so that we may remain Catholics, remain united to the Blessed Virgin Mary, remain united to the Roman Catholic Church, remain faithful children of the Church."- Abp. Lefebvre
