Keep in mind that this chapel around 2012 had a lot of old timers banished, punished, etc. by the prior at the time because of support for Resistance or more hardline priests at the time. To give an example of this, there was a Fr. Hewko Mass literally next door and the prior went to stalk who was there and left intimidating messages to those faithful attending. But attending the New Mass or in this case, working with the NO Church is OK. This is like watching Vatican II within the SSPX.
